Project South America, a New Jersey nonprofit corporation (“Project South America,” “we,” “us”), runs projectsouthamerica.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- Information you give us: your name, email, phone number and message when you use our contact, volunteer, partnership or newsletter forms.
- Donations and orders: your name, email, billing and shipping address, and what you gave or bought. Card and payment details are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools used by our website platform, Wix.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and process donations and orders.
- To send receipts, order updates and, if you opt in, occasional email updates about our work in Puno.
- To understand how our site is used so we can improve it.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and process payments, such as Wix and our payment processors, and only as needed for those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
