Donation Policy

How your gift is used

Donations to Nourishing Hope for Puno’s Children support community-led nutrition and education work with children and families in Puno, Peru. If a project is fully funded, we may direct your gift to where it is needed most within that same work.

 

One-time and recurring gifts

You can give once, weekly or monthly. At checkout you can also choose to cover the processing fee so more of your gift reaches Puno. To change or cancel a recurring gift, email projectsouthamericaofficial@gmail.com and we will update it within 3 business days.

 

Refunds

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you made a mistake, such as a wrong amount or a duplicate gift, email projectsouthamericaofficial@gmail.com within 30 days and we will refund it.

 

Receipts

You receive an email confirmation for every donation.

Receipt statement: “PROJECT SOUTH AMERICA A NJ NONPROFIT CORPORATION is a tax-exempt organization recognized under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, EIN 42-2703283. No goods or services were provided in exchange for this contribution unless otherwise stated. Please retain this receipt for your records. Contributions are deductible to the extent permitted by law.”
