Community cookout

On August 8, 2026, Project South America hosted a community cookout to bring people together while raising awareness and support for our mission. The event created a welcoming space for families, volunteers, and community members to connect, enjoy food, and learn more about the work we are doing to support students and families in underserved communities across South America.

More than just a fundraiser, the cookout was an opportunity to strengthen our connection with the local community and show how collective action can create meaningful impact. Every contribution, conversation, and person who attended helped us continue building support for our educational, food security, and community development initiatives.

We are grateful to everyone who volunteered, donated, participated, and helped make the event possible.
